Cheryl frequently makes presentations to the public and professional groups on topics relating to estate and trust planning, transfer tax planning, estate and trust administration, gifting, and real estate titling. Prior to joining the practice in 1999, Cheryl served as in-house legal counsel for Woodward, Inc., focusing on complex customer and supplier contracts, distribution agreements, managing contract and products liability, advising human resources, intellectual property coordination, corporate branding, and general legal matters. Cheryl is an Advisory Board Member of Poudre Wilderness Volunteers, a local organization assisting the U.S. Forest Service in the patrol and maintenance of trails and recreation areas of the Arapahoe and Roosevelt National Forests, and is a member of WomenGive, a United Way of Larimer County organization that provides support and financial assistance through childcare scholarships to single mothers pursuing postsecondary education. She has served on the Poudre Valley Hospital Foundation and Planned Giving Committee, and has been a member of WISH (Women Involved in Strategies for Health), a community health initiative of UC Health. Cheryl grew up in Fort Collins before attending Creighton University where she obtained a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration and Juris Doctorate in Law. Anda was one of the founders of the Funkwerks brewery in Fort Collins. Prior to moving to Fort Collins, Anda gained extensive transactional, corporate, trust and estate, and regulatory law experience working with a diverse range of clients nationally and across the world in both law firm environments and as in-house corporate counsel. Anda has significant understanding of the issues individuals and businesses face on a day-to-day basis, and provides solid, logical, and business oriented solutions to clients.
