Anda frequently acts as outside general counsel for clients.

Anda was one of the founders of the Funkwerks brewery in Fort Collins. Anda has significant understanding of the issues businesses face on a day-to-day basis, and provides solid, logical, and business oriented solutions to clients.

Anda is admitted to practice law in Colorado, Arizona, and Oregon. She has served as the President of the Larimer County Bar Association and continues to be active with local and state bar associations. She has also completed the Colorado Bar Associated Leadership Training (COBALT) program in which “lawyers with demonstrated leadership skills and commitment to the legal community” engage in interactive training focused on addressing challenges faced by leaders in the legal field and their communities. Anda earned her Juris Doctorate from Lewis & Clark Law School, where she was a senior editor for the Journal of Small & Emerging Business Law and for the International Legal Perspectives Law Journal. She received her undergraduate degree from Arizona State University.

Anda is also actively involved with the local community and supports several nonprofit organizations, most recently The Family Center in Fort Collins, CO where she served on the board of directors.

Anda frequently speaks and writes on intellectual property issues, brewery startup and operational issues, alcohol distribution, and employment issues. She has spoken at past Craft Brewers Conferences and the Colorado State University Beverage Business Institute.
